Hey Everyone!
Welcome back to my newsletter 🗞
I think it's safe to say we have ALL felt the wrath of this latest Mercury Retrograde that has been clearing out what no longer serves us. We only have a few more days left this week and then we are free 😮💨.

On Wednesday, July 22nd, we officially move into the bold sign of Leo which will bring in much needed courage, creativity, confidence and self-expression. This particular week is deemed as a "turning point" in the year triggering potential breakthroughs and power shifts. The main focus over the next few days should be on finishing whatever you've been avoiding, finally beginning your passion projects and setting good intentions for the remainder of the year.
This week's edit features my weekly beauty recommendations, the importance of romanticizing your life, the current viral trend on tiktok + much more! Enjoy 😘

The Psychology of Dressing Well: How Your Clothes Change Your Confidence ✨👗👡
The way we dress has a profound influence on not just how others perceive us...but also how we perceive ourselves. Psychologists often refer to this as "enclothed cognition": the idea that clothing can shape our mindset, behavior and even performance in our daily lives. While confidence ultimately comes from within (obvi 😏), what we wear can actually act as a powerful catalyst. Slipping into a tailored blazer, a perfectly fitted pair of trousers or a dress that makes you feel your best can subtly shift your posture, your body language and the way you carry yourself throughout the day. Fashion becomes more than self-expression; it becomes a form of self-assurance. Keeping an organized capsule wardrobe intact makes this an even more simple task.
Dressing well is not about wearing designer labels or following every trend...it's about choosing pieces that align with your personality and make you feel comfortable, polished and authentically yourself which in turn will naturally elevate your personal style. A thoughtfully curated wardrobe removes the daily guesswork of getting dressed, allowing you to focus your energy elsewhere while presenting the version of yourself you want the world to see. Whether you're heading to a job interview, meeting friends for brunch or simply running errands, clothing has the ability to elevate an ordinary moment into one where you feel capable, composed and confident.
Newest Chic Brand Find - Oak + Fort ✨🧥👚
If the "clean girl" aesthetic, London Fashion Week and an off-duty model wardrobe had a love child, it would probably look like OAK + FORT. The brand delivers elevated essentials with a distinctly minimalist point of view showcasing oversized blazers, sculptural knits, relaxed trousers, sleek dresses and accessories that quietly complete an outfit instead of competing for attention. It's effortlessly cool without trying too hard while also having a reasonable pricing scale and a chic, contemporary feel.
Everyday Essentials (tanks, tees, etc.) - $20–40 range
Knitwear - $50–80 range
Trousers and Dresses - $60–120 range
Statement Outerwear - $180–200
Accessories - $20–90 range
The Importance of Romanticizing Your Life ❤️
Romanticizing your life isn't about pretending everything is perfect...it's about deciding that your everyday moments are worthy of your attention. It's pouring your coffee into your favorite mug instead of the nearest one, buying yourself fresh flowers just because, taking the long way home with your favorite playlist on or getting dressed for the version of yourself you're becoming rather than the one who's simply checking off another to-do list. Following a checklist of chic and fun habits can help further make this a priority as the week starts to feel overwhelming. In a world that constantly tells women to "chase the next milestone", romanticizing your life is a quiet reminder that happiness isn't something waiting on the other side of achievement...it's something you can create right now.

Finance Chic Series ✨💵
We're back in week seven of my multiple part finance series. Continuing on with "Money Mindset", this week's topic will focus on Creating A Vision Bigger Than Your Paycheck.
TOPIC #7 - MONEY MINDSET: "CREATE A VISION BIGGER THAN YOUR PAYCHECK" 📈📉✨
Financial freedom isn't just about hitting a certain number in your bank account...it's about creating a life that actually feels like yours. Before you obsess over your next raise or your savings goal, ask yourself a bigger question: What am I really building toward? Maybe your version of success is slow mornings with your future family, booking flights without checking your bank balance first, buying a home that feels like your sanctuary, retiring early in your 50s or finally turning that business idea into something real. Your vision doesn't have to look like anyone else's. The goal isn't to copy someone else's dream life...it's to be intentional enough to create your own.
When you have a clear vision, money stops feeling like something you constantly chase and starts becoming a tool that supports the life you actually want. Every dollar you save, invest or earn becomes a decision that moves you closer to your future instead of just getting you through the next month. That's a completely different mindset. Financial freedom isn't about being the richest woman in the room; it's about having the ability to choose: how you spend your time, where your energy goes and what kind of life you wake up to every day.
Think of your financial goals the same way you'd build your dream wardrobe. You wouldn't buy random pieces without knowing your personal style...you invest in timeless staples that work together to create something that feels authentically you. Your finances deserve that same level of intention. Instead of collecting goals that sound impressive on social media, build a financial life that reflects what you actually value and what brings you peace and fulfillment in life.
The most beautiful part of financial freedom is that it gives you infinite options. It gives you room to say "YES" to opportunities that excite you and "NO" to situations that no longer serve you. Money was never meant to be the destination...it was always meant to be the vehicle to get to where you were always meant to be. So dream bigger than your paycheck. Build a vision that excites you, aligns with who you are and reminds you that wealth isn't just measured by what's in your bank account, but by the life you've created because of it.✨💸👛
Currently Trending 📣✨
TikTok has a current trend right now called the "Preparing for My Netflix Documentary" going viral at the moment and it is everything. From work drama to best friend fall-outs, I have been highly entertained over the past week seeing all of the different interpretations. And let me tell you...I have a few that I could make myself 👀☕️...but with this mercury retrograde energy finally ending, I will just continue to keep it cute lol.
