Hey Everyone!
Welcome back to my newsletter 🗞
We are officially in the in-between season of both life and the astrological eclipses era. Summer technically isn't over yet...but it's also not time to pull out the fall decor. I consider this to be a great reflect/rest period before the busy holiday season picks up.
We previously had a Total Solar Eclipse in Leo on Aug 12th with a Partial Lunar Eclipse coming up on Aug 27th/28th in Pisces. This quiet, interim phase brings in intense dreams, the speed up of life events and shifting the overall energy into a more grounded space.
This week's edit features my Beauty Recommendations, 7 Little Luxuries under $100, Wellness Highlight + much more! Enjoy 😘

7 Little Luxuries under $100 To Make This Week Feel More Chic ✨💁🏽♀️
Sometimes a little je ne sais quoi is all it takes. From a cozy robe that makes getting ready feel like a five-star routine to pretty earrings that instantly pull an outfit together and a signature perfume that makes even the Monday commute feel okay. These are the under-$100 little luxuries that will instantly make your week ahead feel more polished. For the woman who loves looking effortlessly put-together but is also juggling work, plans, errands and like 46 tabs open in her brain lol...consider these your chic little upgrades.
Solo Date Ideas That Feel Chic ❤️💃🏽
Going on a date with yourself is now an absolutely necessary event. Whether you’re craving a little luxury, a cultural reset or simply an afternoon that feels suspiciously like a scene from that new show you've been watching, these solo dates are designed for women who know that their own company can be the best company. The best part? You set the itinerary, wear the outfit, leave when you’re bored and never have to split the dessert.
Solo Date Ideas
- Book Yourself a Beautiful Lunch: Choose the restaurant because you love the menu. Order the table, wear the outfit, get the dessert. Bring a book or simply sit there looking expensive.
- Have a Museum Main-Character Moment: Pick an exhibition you’ve been meaning to see and give yourself permission to wander slowly. Stay in front of the painting that makes you feel something.
- Take Yourself to the Movies: Go and see exactly what you want. Upgrade to the good theater, buy the delicious buttery popcorn, silence your phone and enjoy two uninterrupted hours of cinematic escapism.
- Go Bookstore Browsing: Find a beautiful independent bookstore, order something iced and browse without an agenda.
- Make a Farmers’ Market Morning of It: Put on an effortless outfit, grab a tote and stroll through the stalls for some fresh flowers, fruit, excellent bread, etc.
- Book a Museum Café Lunch: Think of this as the elevated version of grabbing lunch alone. Visit a gallery then settle into its café for lunch and a little people-watching (the absolute best passive hobby imo 😏).
- Take Yourself on a Vintage Shopping Mission: Give yourself a budget and one mission: find something nobody else will have. Vintage jewelry, a leather bag, a silk scarf, an oversized jacket...you’re not just shopping; you’re curating.
- Have a “Yes, I Made This Reservation” Dinner: Choose the restaurant you’ve been saving for a special occasion and make the occasion yourself. Sit at the bar or request a cozy table in the corner. Order a signature cocktail or zero-proof spritz and enjoy the luxury of not having to negotiate the menu.
- Spend an Afternoon at a Gorgeous Hotel Lobby: Find a polished hotel with a beautiful lounge, order tea or coffee and bring your laptop, journal, or favorite book.
- Take an Art Class: Ceramics, painting, pottery, florals, photography...pick something where being a beginner is part of the fun.
- Get Dressed for Absolutely No Reason: Wear the outfit currently sitting in your closet waiting for “somewhere to go.” Then go somewhere. A gallery, a café, a bookstore, a walk through a pretty neighborhood, McDonald's...the point is that even a random Tuesday deserves the outfit.
- Do a Solo Wellness Morning: Book a facial, manicure, massage, sauna session or whatever makes you feel like a functioning member of society again. The 1 rule: no errands afterward.
- Take a Scenic Walk With a Playlist Made for You: Choose a beautiful neighborhood, waterfront, botanical garden or park and create a soundtrack worthy of the montage. Let yourself romanticize your life.
- Go to a Matinee Performance: Catch a ballet, play, orchestra performance, comedy show or intimate concert.
- Plan a Little “Tourist in My Own City” Day: Visit the landmark you keep ignoring because you live there. Take the architecture bus guide tour. Explore the fancy neighborhood. Go to the observation deck. Pretend you’re visiting for the first time and suddenly everything feels more interesting.
- Take Yourself on a Dessert Date: No entrée necessary. Find the pastry shop, ice-cream counter, bakery or dessert bar everyone keeps talking about and order exactly what you want.
- Have a “Future Me” Date: Get dressed, take yourself somewhere beautiful and bring a journal. Write down what you want your life to feel like six months or a year from now...not just what you want to accomplish. Then order something delicious and enjoy the fact that you’re already living part of it.
Street Style Roundup - FWRD, Meshki & Revolve 👗👖
Street style, by definition, is the art of translating runway influence into real-world dressing...personal, instinctive and often more interesting than a perfectly styled look. It’s fashion in motion, shaped by individuality, culture and the unexpected. Some of my go-to fave sites for street style inspo looks are FWRD, Meshki and Revolve. FWRD brings the fashion-editor energy, Meshki nails the classy going-out-but-make-it-everyday vibe, while Revolve keeps things effortlessly wearable with a little California cool.
The Fear of Being Seen: What Stops Women from Building Something Bigger ✨👀
There is a particular kind of fear that comes with wanting more. Not the fear of failure, exactly, but the fear of being seen trying. For so many women, ambition can feel strangely vulnerable. It is easier to say you are “figuring things out” than to admit you have a vision, a business idea, a creative dream or a version of your life that feels bigger than the one you are currently living. Because once you say it out loud, it actually becomes real. Suddenly there are opinions to withstand, expectations to disappoint and the possibility of being told that you are reaching too far or not 'being realistic". So we make ourselves smaller in subtle ways: we wait until we are more qualified, more polished, more certain. We tell ourselves we are being patient, when sometimes we are simply afraid of being witnessed before we feel ready.
Perhaps that is what makes being seen so uncomfortable: it asks us to be imperfect in public. Women are often taught, directly and indirectly, to make things look effortless...always make sure to arrive polished, accomplished and composed. But building anything meaningful is rarely glamorous in the beginning. It can be awkward. It is unfinished. It is sending the email before you know if they will respond, posting the idea before you know if people will like it, walking into the room knowing you might not be the most impressive person there. There is an intimacy to ambition that no one really talks about. You have to let people see you wanting something and know that it is for a much bigger purpose outside of yourself.
Maybe the life we want requires exactly that kind of visibility. Maybe becoming the woman you imagine is less about finally becoming fearless and more about deciding that fear no longer gets the final word. You do not need to have the perfect plan, the perfect résumé or the perfectly curated version of yourself before you begin. You simply have to be willing to let yourself be witnessed in the process. Because there is something quietly powerful about a woman who stops apologizing for her own potential...who allows herself to take up space, to be ambitious, to change her mind, to build something beautiful from scratch. The world does not need another version of you that is easier to understand. It needs the version that is brave enough to be seen becoming and ultimately knowing everything will work out in your favor.
Finance Chic Series ✨💵
We're back in week four of my multiple part finance series. Continuing on with "Income & Side Hustles" this week’s topic will focus on Digital Products.
TOPIC #4 - INCOME & SIDE HUSTLES: "DIGITAL PRODUCTS" 📈📉✨
Digital products are the ultimate side hustle: create it once, sell it repeatedly and let your laptop do the heavy lifting. Think downloadable guides, templates, e-books, planners, presets, courses or niche resources that solve a very specific problem for a very specific person. The best part? Your product doesn’t need to feel like a boring PDF...it is something that you can make 100% yours. Think about all of your life experiences, lessons learned, travels, etc. over the years...all of that can be packaged up for someone to purchase as a necessary item. For fashion...you could create a “30-Day Chic Wardrobe” digital guide with outfit formulas, shopping lists and styling tips. For Beauty...detailed makeup tutorials, face shape guides, lip combos, etc. The possibilities are literally endless and can entail any category.
The real magic of digital products is that they can turn what you already know into something other people can use. Maybe you know how to build a resume in your sleep, organize finances, plan a trip flawlessly, style a capsule wardrobe, edit photos, meal prep, study smarter or launch a small business. There is probably someone online currently typing, “How do I do this?” into Google...and your knowledge could be the answer. Digital products also make information more accessible: instead of keeping your expertise tucked away in your Notes app or only sharing it with friends/family, you can package it, polish it, price it and put it out into the world.
Below are the current digital products I have available as examples:
Chic Glow Up - Visual Manifestation Guide
Chic Essentials - The Capsule Wardrobe eBook
Chic Edit - Elevate Your Personal Style
My main piece of advice for creating your own digital products is to focus on topics that you are naturally passionate about. A successful digital product can create an additional income stream, build your personal brand, introduce you to an audience, establish you as an expert and potentially give you more freedom over how and when you work. It can also become the first tiny brick in a much bigger empire: one guide can lead to a course, a newsletter, a community, consulting or an entire business...there is literally no glass ceiling for this (in the words of Mean Girls: "the limit does not exist"). The goal isn’t necessarily to become an overnight digital-product mogul...it’s to realize that your ideas have value. In a world overflowing with information, there is still room for someone to make the right information clearer, prettier, more useful, and easier to access. At the end of the day, this is simply one of many tools that can be created to create a life of financial freedom...so why not try?✨💸👛
Wellness Highlight ✨💪🏽
Idk about you guys...but this topic of releasing fascia in your body keeps coming up on my fyp on Tiktok. It's actually super interesting the more I dive into it and it influenced me to buy this little massage ball from Amazon for under $8. This myofascial release massage ball is a simple way to target tight, sore muscles and areas of tension. To use it, place the ball between your body and a wall or the floor, then gently apply pressure to the area you want to release, holding on tender spots for about 20–30 seconds while breathing deeply. Regular use can help improve circulation, reduce muscle tightness and soreness, increase mobility and flexibility and promote relaxation. This is definitely going to be a key priority for me now in my workout routine and it's super easy to travel with.
